I was wondering why I was put on hold waited 24 minutes. I wanted to buy my mom her favorite food and have my brother pick it up to surprise her on Valentine’s Day. Nobody came back to the phone and then I called but no answer. What’s the deal?
I also called and had the same problem. I gave up and drove there to place my order. I did mention the issue to the hostess. She had no answer. I love their goid, but placing phone orders is an area of weakness for them. Food

The food and service is excellent as always! Our waitress Angelina was very attentive and on top of things and the hostess Alyssa was great. She got us a table as soon as possible in the section we wanted to be seated. The only complaint is that they ran out of Corona beer which is what we drink. Hopefully that won't be a problem next time. We will continue to dine at T. Arcobasso's and look forward to the great food and service that is customary.

One of the real Italian restaurants in St Charles county. Food quality delicious! The owner always visible on the floor. Been going since the days they were in North County.
